Originally from Burgundy, France, Guy has lived in Ontario for 40 years.
“Every time I go back to France, I am struck by how beautiful it is. It’s something you can take for granted if you live there, but when you leave and then return, you really notice it,” Guy told us.
A couple of years ago, Guy was diagnosed with pulmonary disease. He was worried that it would mean the end of the things he loved do, like go for walks and hikes, and visit his family back home in France. But then his doctor introduced him to ProResp.
“ProResp were so kind from the very beginning, and so easy to work with. They have allowed my life to go back to normal and given me back the physical strength that was fading,” Guy said. “When my concentrator broke down after a few years, they were there the same day with a new machine. They take such good care of me.”
Recently, Guy took a trip to France with his daughter. “It was so nice being back in the countryside, enjoying all the delicious cheese and wine. Before I left, ProResp made sure I had an extra battery for my portable oxygen concentrator, so that the flight would not be a problem and so I could stay out all day without having to worry about my oxygen levels. They really do go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need,” Guy added.
