In 2017, Delrae was in hospital and contracted a virus – the kind of superbug that wreaks havoc on the body. Her breathing was already bad to begin with, but it became extremely difficult. She was short of breath all the time, especially upon exertion. As a result, Delrae’s doctors prescribed oxygen therapy and she was introduced to ProResp.
“ProResp has been amazing,” Delrae told us. Any questions I have are answered with a smile and any problems I have are always fixed right away.”
Later, Delrae had been having problems with her hydro, her power going out for long periods of time.
“When I tell them the hydro is out, they are here every morning with fresh oxygen cans, keeping me breathing easy,” Delrae said.
“ProResp has given me back my freedom. I am free to leave the house whenever I want and go just go out and do things. It is something some people take for granted, but when you are short of breath it can be scary. With ProResp, I know I have the support I need, and that gives me the confidence to live my life that way I want,” she added. “We have received excellent care from them.”
